Britney’s Diet Plan!

Last week Britney debuted as a guest on ‘How I Met Your Mother’ causing a ratings wave for the show for the first time in ages. A lot of people have been more than a little surprised by her appearance, mostly that she appeared, um, sane. And pretty again. Yes, her sweet smile and svelte appearance, minus the ratty hair, have kept people talking. The smile, well, we all know she’s missing a few bricks from the sanity load, so we will chalk that up to the hooplah of meds she is on. But the figure can actually be attributed to her new weight loss plan. Gone are the days where she is downing laxatives and diet pills and Britney has actually been trying to lose weight the healthy way. She’s cut out soda and fast food, and is replacing her diet with protein-packed meals 5 times a day to boost her metabolism. And believe it or not, she’s even said good bye to her Frapps! Yep, wow, she MUST be serious. She’s also added regular activity to her life, and has been known to spend hours at the Millennium Dance Complex. Her activities of choice? Squats, and um, pole dancing. Ok, so we still do have some of the ol’ Britney still kicking around.
