Jessica Alba Gets Ready For MommyHood

Here is Jessica Alba in Beverly Hills on Monday, enjoying a lollipop and enjoying some time getting a little shopping done. She may be just picking up some ‘me’ luxuries, or perhaps she is grabbing a few last minute things before her bambino arrives. Jessica has become known as one celeb mama that is taking the rite of passage very seriously. Recently at her baby shower, she initiated an odd ritual where she gave all her friends and guests a leather bracelet. She asked them not to take the bracelet off until after she delivers her baby. She gave everyone the bracelet, and asked them to put it on, and launched into a ‘life, love, and health’ prayer with instructions that the bracelet can not come off until after the birth. Not sure what the deeper significance to that is, but you know, in Hollywood they always do things a little differently. Jessica is expecting to have her baby in June, and she and Cash are rumored to be naming their baby-girl-to be ‘Honor’.

Britney About to Release Video Diaries

 

While Britney Spears has been holed up at home under the careful watch of her conservator *cough* dad, she’s been whiling her time away making some video diaries journaling her experiences and struggles over the last six months. Now that her mend is much much better and she is in better shape, she is saying she may be releasing the videos, and plans to do so either on MTV or online. The recordings are just what you would expect, a horrifying insight into the day to day struggles of someone suffering with serious mental health problems, who also happens to be one of the most talked about pop stars. They are in essence, a true tell all and Britney’s true feelings on her dad, her mom, her preggo sister Jamie Lynn are all unleashed in her video diaries. She even manages to do some ranting about her ex Justin Timberlake as well as her long standing rivalry with Christina Aguilera. If they make the waves, there will surely be more than a few people in the hot seat, and not too happy. I believe the term ‘explosive’ was used. So some boys in Hollywood, namely Justin and her ex hubby K-Fed are shaking a little to see what comes out of this, but you know, Britney is Britney. And if she’s ready to make some major waves in the real world again, you have to know she must be feeling at least a little better.

Paris and Kim – Claws OUT!

Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian have been spatting lately. And for two girls whose sole purpose in life is to look pretty, they haven’t been doing themselves any favors. Paris got a little lippy one night much to Kim’s chagrin:

“I would not want [Kim’s butt] - it’s gross!” Paris told a Las Vegas radio show on April 14. “It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag.”

Cottage cheese in a trash bag! NICE! (Can I use that one?) You know what they say, Paris, that karma, she’s a boomerang. When Paris saw her nastiness in writing, she realized she may have overstepped. Do ya think?? And she promptly apologized, making sure to include we are all are that ‘Kim’s hot!’ Yep, eyes rolling….And Kim was very gracious about the slam from her former BFF.

Kim accepts the apology, telling In Touch, “Paris and I have been friends since we were kids and I’m glad she made the effort to say she’s sorry.”

Nice to see they made amends (I so DO care) but you have to know, cottage cheese in a trash bag, wow, that’s something you don’t forget easy. But doncha just hate it when the socialites squabble? It’s exhausting I tell you.

Here is Benji Madden’s ex Sophie Monk out shopping at Ralph’s in L.A. the other day. HATE her for looking so good in track pants and a tank on a shopping spree. But I do love the ‘I’m SO over that tool’ mentality she is pulling off beautifully these days. Speaking of the tool, seems like Sophie’s ex Benji Madden, Paris Hilton’s latest squeeze, is making quite the impression on her parents. Oh, we’ve reached that stage, have we? Yep. They’ve gone on record saying they think he’s the ‘real thing’ and believe that their daughter is genuinely in love for the first time in her life. Riiiggght. I betcha Sophie thought that too once! Prolly ‘round the time she got ENGAGED. Yeah, that tool is a charmer, he’s even snowed someone as bright as Paris, my my. But Paris’s dad says no, don’t judge a book by its cover, he’s polite and well-mannered. Gotta say, I don’t WANT to know the dude that doesn’t have manners when they are in the Hilton home. And I still think, if it looks like a tool, and acts like a tool…..yup, you got it.

The ‘Shrek‘ star is looking forward to taking charge of the Los Angeles

ceremony - which distributes awards including Best Screen Kiss and Best

Villain - because he thinks it will be a fun event.
He said: “Hosting the MTV Movie Awards is like a party, but without
having to do beer runs in your mom’s mini van. We do beer runs in Will Smith’s

four-storey motor home.”This will not be the first time the 45-year-old actor has hosted the
awards. In 1997, he presided over the ceremony where winners included Tom
Cruise and Claire Danes.Previous hosts of the awards include Will Smith, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica
Alba and Sarah Jessica Parker.Last year’s host, comedian Sarah Silverman, caused controversy when she made jokes about troubled 26-year-old singer Britney Spears.She said: “Britney Spears is amazing. She is in her twenties and she has already accomplished everything she’s going to accomplish in her life.

The Hollywood stars, who first sparked romance rumours after holidaying
at a Mexican resort together last year, reportedly couldn’t hide their
feelings at a charity event in Los Angeles‘ restaurant Beso last month.
A source told America’s OK! magazine: “They were like heat-seeking
missiles.
They came together, threw their arms around each other and shared a big 
hug.”Jennifer and Orlando partied at the event - hosted by restaurant owner
Eva Longoria - to raise money for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical
Research Foundation. The pair were joined by some of Jennifer’s closest friends,
including Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette, Jessica Simpson  and
Kate Beckinsale.
An onlooker added: “I saw them in a booth next to each other and
Jennifer was looking at Orlando like he was her favourite person in the world.
She looked like she wanted to grab him and make out with him!”
The pair have known each other since 2003, when the British actor
starred opposite Jennifer’s ex-husband Brad Pitt in ‘Troy’.

Moby wants to marry “weird” Britney Spears.

The ‘Go‘ singer revealed his feelings for the 26-year-old ‘Toxic’ star

Kate Hudson is thinking of having a boob job.

The actress - who is famously lacking in the cleavage department - was
so impressed when her breasts were digitally enhanced in the promotional
poster for new movie ‘Fool’s Gold‘, she wants to make them a reality.
She said: “They are so not my boobs - they look too perfect. Seriously,
if I ever wanted to have them done, I’d take this poster to the doctor and
say, ‘This is what I want them to look like.’ ”
Kate also revealed she thinks her ‘Fool’s Gold’ co-star Matthew
McConaughey - who she previously worked with on 2003 hit movie ‘How to
Lose a Guy in 10 Days‘ - is “a perfect pain in the a**”.
She added to Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “We seem to drive each
other crazy in a good way. As Matthew puts it, we’re the perfect pain in each

other’s a**es. There is just a thing of trust between us. I feel safe
with him and I believe he wouldn’t let anything happen to me.”
